My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

Hello, I'm new to all of this.

I'm 96kg 26 years old 6ft tall.

I just started anavar cycle at 80mg ED been on that for a week now and been the retard I pinned 1ml of test prop on Friday and then started my test eth cycle Sunday. I now I'm now starting to get sensitive nipples. I noticed it after the prop injection. My room mate gave me 2 AIs yesterday and half of one today to take every day until my next injection.. My test cycle was only going to be 8 weeks of 0.6 ml injected 2x per week.

Should I come off?
Am I getting bitch tits?
Should I start Nolva until the end of the cycle?

You're not developing gynecomastia from 1 or 2 injections. You're simply beginning to experience some hormonal changes. To be frank, it sounds like you could use a lot more research. You could continue your cycle and follow my lead in this article. But if you do not have everything lined up or unable to make the smooth transition, it may be in your best interest to abort the cycle.

At this stage, if you decided to abort your cycle, there is no need for PCT. You can just stop.

AS usual right on by Aust~. Op he is right and I suggest that you STOP and read up. Get more educated on what you are doing. The compound profiles different AI's and how they work. Read up on this article. Then start a new. I will tell you that when I inject 150 + mgs of Test Prop at anytime in my cycle, I can and sometimes feel sensitive to the touch nipples. It settles back down. So watch your body, get to know your body, get BW and be careful. Take your Ai as protocol says. Always take AI with your Test cycle. ...crazy mike

Yes. The difference between test E and C is negligible. Wouldn't hurt to start PCT a few days later with Cyp. So 17 days after last test injection. Same dosing as Enanthate .

Nolva boosts the effects of clomid because it puts clomid into "competition" mode where they both fight for a receptor to bind to. This competitiveness will ONLY happen with the presence of BOTH compounds and will inevitably resolve the issue of excess estrogen in the Hypothalamus, so that GnRH is released properly and the pituitary responds by releasing gonadotropins. This will trigger both LH and FSH to crank UP, as the high estrogen in this cluster is suppressive.

Can you recover with just one, yes. Possible. But chances are much better with both.

Hello, I'm 6"2 200lbs. Just started going to gym 2 years ago when I was 231lbs. I'm 39 years old and finished a anavar only cycle for 8 weeks. I have a great diet in place and go to gym for 2-2.5 hrs 20 days a month. I had great results with var but still have that belly and love handle fat. I bought 2400mg of masteron , 5000mg of test e and same test c along with var, clomid and nolvadex . Like to run a 12 week cycle. What would be the best planned cycle for this? I eat around 200g of proteine and fairly low carb diet. Lots of veggies and fruit. No carbs 5hr before going to bed. Love to shed the fat and build upper body a little. Any help would be appreciated. You might want to start a new thread, Tdriller. That way you get feedback tailored to you since this thread is for Test only 1st cycles.

You can shed fat easily, just need your diet evaluated in the nutrition section. There's really no special protocol with steroids that does this.

I have a couple things I'm trying to clear up.
This is my first cycle and I'm pretty much using the novice cycle 1 from this site ( bit more b-Bol)

1-12 weeks test eth 500mg/w
1-6 Weeks 40 mg b-bol
15-18. Weeks nolvadex . 40/40/20/20
15-18. Weeks. Clomid. 75/50/50/50

My questions

Is it ideal to take both nolvadex and clomid?
I have been told to only use clomid and just keep nolvadex
If I have gyno problems?

My mate said take the 40mg d-Bol but grab milk thistle to help cleanse the liver. Is this dose too much?
What's your thoughts on the milk thistle?

My mate has also told me that hcg is the ducks nuts, but expensive and with this cycle I shouldn't need it as long as i dont abuse the cycle.. Thoughts?

Yes you need both. I see that you've read my post on Clomid/Nolva in the other thread, that should have explained everything.

Milk thistle is not good enough. And I do not recommend dianabol for a first cycle. Not a good idea as stated in this thread. That being said, NAC is best for liver. Click here.
