Bloodwork Time!

Finally I am ready to get bloodwork done for the curiosity of seeing where my levels are at. There was a thread on here which linked to a website and instructions where you could sign up and put the information down as a female, then you could get a full panel blood test for only $49 from a private clinic... I can't seem to find it anywhere could somebody help me out? Thanks!
