Hey Guys need some advice/help from the wise ones
so about a year ago i took what i thought was var pretty sure it was a pro hormone. Before i took it i was always lean and ripped no matter what i ate and no matter how i lifted. Now, i have a certain bulk/stalky look to me and it needs to go now! certain areas are flabbing and i just think i have a lot of water weight now and i am not loving the gym like i used to. i think i probably shut down but i could be wrong. Now i have real var from dr. and would like to know what my diet should be ETC. everybody tells me something different i just want to do it right and be good for a while please if you could help let me know thanks!!!

Not a good idea at your age brother. 21 is still young. You should have your testosterone levels checked to see if the PH's did any damage and attempt to repair.

If your diet and training are in check and your training routine is the same as it was before and there's nothing you can do go see a doc. If you just got fat from your cycle visit the diet section.

oh wow, don"t know why it said i am 21 i am actually 27. But yeah i think it mainly could be the diet because i have been trying so many different ones everyone tells me something different and i think its just screwing me up
