so about a year ago i took what i thought was var pretty sure it was a pro hormone. Before i took it i was always lean and ripped no matter what i ate and no matter how i lifted. Now, i have a certain bulk/stalky look to me and it needs to go now! certain areas are flabbing and i just think i have a lot of water weight now and i am not loving the gym like i used to. i think i probably shut down but i could be wrong. Now i have real var from dr. and would like to know what my diet should be ETC. everybody tells me something different i just want to do it right and be good for a while please if you could help let me know thanks!!!
