Need some help with first cycle & HCG

This will be my first cycle and i was looking for some advice on doses. My friend, who is pretty experienced, suggested this:

10 weeks TestE 500-750mg a week, 4-5 weeks Winstrol 50mg every day and my AI will be Arimidex . The PCT would be 4 weeks, the first 2 weeks I would take Clomid 100mg every day and Nolva 40mg every day. The last 2 weeks of PCT would be 50mg Clomid daily and 20mg Nolva daily.

Everything has been ordered already but I'm open to any suggestions and adjusting mgs. Also, I've read multiple threads about using HCG for PCT, others for the whole cycle, and some saying not to use it as it can desensitize you to LH. I've done some reading on it and I feel like including it somewhere in my cycle could help with recovery but does anyone have any input on adding HCG?

I'm about to start my first cycle. 600 mg test e for 12 weeks. As tempted as I am, I'm avoiding anything like Win. Keeping it basic, and I recommend you do the same. You don't know how that shit's going to affect you yet. Also, you should get an AI for use during your cycle, in case you have any gyno related problems.

A good point. And sorry i forgot to mention the arimidex . What does your PCT look like?
