2nd cycle Test E only cycle ?

44 yrs old 195 lbs 5'8" approximate 15% bf. I'm 8 weeks since the last pin of my first cycle. I ran orals and 250 test E twice a week for 14 weeks with .25 arimidex all the way until 2 weeks after pinning and the basic nolva/ clomid PCT. I'm going to start my second cycle tonight of Test E 300mg twice a week and arimidex .25 EOD. I want to run a test only just to feel the effects since I ran orals also on my first cycle. My ? is why arimidex from day one and how long until I feel the test after my first pin? I've read 8 1/2 days all the way up to a month. Seems like it would be best to wait until the test kicks in to start the arimidex. Thanks for any help

I'm definitely going to run it the whole cycle. Wondering the purpose of running it from day 1 instead of starting it when the Test E kicks in and how long does it take for the test to kick in

Maybe my math is off but it looks like your time off is not long enough. Time on + delay + PCT = time off which for a 14 week cycle would be about 20 weeks if you delayed PCT by two weeks since last pin and ran PCT for 4 weeks.

your math looks right to me. Time off is not long enough i would hold off on running this if i were you.

I did my first shot last night of 300mg test. I heard 8 weeks was long enough to wait before doing my second cycle. I never saw that formula for time off :-( Is it ok to abort this cycle and wait the full 20 weeks?
