    Which Way Do I go? Winny Help

    So, I am 34 and looking for an edge. I am also not looking to be swayed in a different direction, rather guided in the appropriate direction.

    I just came across 60ml of liquid Winny and have decided to give it a go. I played soccer in college and have done my best to stay active in sports since getting married and kids. I am desperate to get back into elite form and need some help. I am 6 foot 195lbs and should probably be closer to 175-180.

    What I need is some help in doing this the right way. I just started cross fit and play soccer on the weekends. I am looking to get lean and slightly built, but prefer to gather the rest of the items needed, over the counter. Please help with suggestions to get me to my goal safely and efficiently.

    I think you should first get your training, eating regime on the right path before you start with Anabolics, IMHO. If you see that as being swayed in a different direction, fair enough..

    I've have not used AAS myself, but I think that you should get everything right first before you start with something like Winny, because it won't do much good when the circumstances are not right either..

    Just saying that there is probably not an appropriate direction if the other circumstances are not ideal, anabolics will do you no good then. With a proper diet, proper training you probably will get the results that you are looking for without the use of any anabolics. And even if you plan to use winny still, get at least your training and diet in line.

    There is no right way of running winny alone. None whatsoever. You're fighting a losing battle.

    I am open minded, which is why I turn here for advice. I just don't know how to go about getting other things. I just really want to do it, but want to do right.

    Good morning and welcome. As Austinite said there is no way to run Winstrol all by itself. Winstrol is one of my favorites for years but it is for specific use once your body has reached a certain level of foundation and maturity after being seasoned by the use of aas.
    After you have build the body close to where you want it to be whether it be for a show (comp) or just for you to show your lean hard body that's when.. It's use is usually for a finish look of hardness and vascularity while ending cycles. It is never used alone.
    You also have to get more educated on all aas usage and the necessary AI and PCT protocol to run. Oh and not to leave out diet. Hang in there and start reading more. ...crazy mike

    Just because you came across some steroids doesn't mean you have to use them, winny only isn't the best option anyway.

    You also need to start training correctly and let your body change naturally before using any steroids, just starting crossfit isn't the right time to start taking steroids.

    Get your training in order and also your diet and stay clear of steroids for the time being.

    See how thing have gone in 6-9 months time

    Thank you guys, I appreciate your feedback and get what you are saying. I didn't just run into winny, rather sought it out thinking it was what would be best for my goal, but maybe I was wrong.

    I am not where I want to be, but am not a train wreck. I understand not jumping to winny at of the gate now, but saying I get everything in line and am doing well in my routine, would you recommend something like dhal first?

    Your help is very appreciated.

    There's a popular misconception in the steroid world that winstrol will help you lose weight. Winstrol won't make you lose weight. It'll help prevent muscle wasting in a deep caloric deficit, and give you the hard grainy look body builders desire when they step on stage, that is why it's considered a "cutting" steroid. Not to mention the adverse affects it could have on your joints. It's just not the right choice for you, I recommend you hit the nutrition forum, and hold a solid diet & training regime for some time before anabolics are used.

    ^^^ Agree with this. In bold was better put than what I was saying but that's the scoop on Winstrol . So back to the drawing board for you. Read up more and hit that nutrition, diet, hard training and cardio will get you lean. Good luck. ...crazy mike
