    cycle help how to run??

    I'm 24 6"3
    230lbs 9%
    Diet is clean 6 days per week
    50/30/20
    Training 2 on 2 off
    Current cycle

    Wk 1-3
    Dbol 25mg pd

    Wk 1-8
    Test E ......750mg pw, Mon thurs
    Nan Deca
