    Little help before my first ever cycle

    Hi there all I'm Gaz from the UK, I'm mid 30's 6ft1 196 pounds 9% body fat. I've been going to the gym for the last 2 years 4 to 5 times a week. I'm contemplating a cycle of steroids to help get past a plateau. I've trailed trough a lot of the forums and Internet trying to look for advice and thinking about this cycle as a start:

    D=DIANABOL 10mg tab
    N=NOLVADEX 10mg tab
    C=CLOMID 50mg tab

    Week. D. N. C
    Week 1 - D 3 tabs/day
    Week 2 - D 3 tabs/day
    Week 3 - D 4 tabs/day + N 1 tabs/day
    Week 4 - D 4 tabs/day + N 1 tabs/day
    Week 5 - D 4 tabs/day
    Week 6 - D 3 tabs/day + N 1 tabs/day
    Week 7 - C 1 tab/day
    Week 8 - C 1 tab/day


    I'm aware that its advised to take thistle milk, alpha lipoic and cod liver oil during the cycle.
    Would you recommend this as a starting cycle?
    Obviously ill be continuing my protein and my eating, should I continue with creatine or should I leave that until my cycle ends and then go back on it.

    Any advice would be great full

    Read that article several times, then proceed to the diet and nutrition forum. Make sure you know what TDEE is, how to calculate it, what yours is, and how to manipulate it to your advantage. IMHO, you need to do some extensive research before proceeding. Best of luck. Cheers!

    You need test as a base for any cycle to be safe

    All wrong. Never do Dbol only. please read up ad advised. This is a bad idea totally. Please educate yourself on the steroid profiles and using an AI for estrogen control and more. ...crazy mike

    Your PCT is off and you don't need Nolva during your cycle
