Could anybody help me I have been advised that a good cycle for my size would be Tri-trenabol 150mg/ml, Stanabol 50mg/ml, testosterone propionate 1000mg/ml all one ml a week on a 10 wk cycle is this info any good?

Ph is a prohormone or an oral only cycle doesn't matter. Test only first cycle. And by the sound of it this is your first cycle

Just keep reading and researching and asking questions. When you feel your ready pick out a cycle that fits your needs and goals not what someone else thinks you should do even if they have the best intentions. (But of corse start from the ground up. Test first then build from there if you want.) lots of good people and info here.
