AGE: 26
H: 5'9"
W:190lbs
BF: 15%

So from what ive gathered:
Weeks 1-12: 250mg Test-E Wed/Sun
Weeks 1-6: 25mg DBol Every Day
Weeks 1-12: 1mg Arimidex Every Other Day
Weeks 13-14: Nothing
PCT:
-Weeks 15-17:
-Day 1: 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
-Days 2-11: 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
-Days 12-21: 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Other Supps:
-Kre-Alkalyn
-Basic Multivitamin
-L-Arginine
-L-Ornithine
-Tribulus Terrestris 1000mg Every Day
-Testofen Fenugreek Seed Extract 600mg Everyday
-Saw Palmetto 320mg Every Day
-Celery Seed 300mg Every Day

I would drop the dbol for your first cycle and run test only. 1mg of arimidex is abusive to your E2 levels. PCT is too aggressive.
