Newbie cycle test 400 please help

Let me start by telling a little bit about myself, I have 2 years experience weight lifting. I am 23 years old, I stopped growing "height wise" since 18, I have not even grown an inch. My hormone levels stabilized after 20. I am 5"11 200lbs. I am taking test as I have kind of plateau'd strength and size wise. My diet is on track with a lot of proteins and alot more calories then needed. Bodyfat is like 15ish%

I want to do my first cycle, of test-400 it is 400mg/ml and I want to take 1ml a week. So I want to do a 10 week cycle. For PCT I am unsure if I should take nolva and clomid, as no one has the same answers. As well do I take oncycle support? Please give me some recommendations for pct and cycle. Thanks.

For starters test 400 is a bit too much for first cycle if you want a blend like tri test go for sustanon 250 2 jabs a week monday thursday or even test e which is the boards recommended stater cycle. To just be pinning once a week is pretty pointless mate an doing to jabs at 1ml of test. 400 would be way to much for first cycle Also pct nolvadex and clomid together also u eill need adex or aromasin and a hcg. U need to know if your under 15% or above as you shouldn't cycle with bf past 15%

Split the 400 into 2 doses per week..... .5 ml mon, thur..... With a 400 blend it's going to hurt a bit but splitting the dose may help some with pip
