Did you have a question? I would prefer ED prop injections. Shouldnt be any reason with your size you need 300g of protein per day--but people will widely debate this. What are your goals anyway?

Well thought out and researched. Some do prefer Ed pins but EOD is perfectly fine. I would front load the clomid and drop the useless "unleashed" stuff.

And if you can get your hands on some HCG , 250iu 2x/week. Other than that, looks well planned and layed out.

Any thoughts on my split? Would it better to run
Monday- Chest Power, Abs, Forearms
Tuesday- Quads, Hammies, Calves
Wednesday- Shoulders/Traps
Thursday- Rest
Friday- Hypertrophy Chest, Triceps
Saturday- Back/Traps/Forearms
Sunday- Rest
ORRRR
monday- Chest, Triceps Forearms
tuesday- Quads, Hammies, Calves

thursday- back/Traps/Forearms
friday- Shoulders/Traps
saturday Rest
sunday Repeat Cycle

It is just a matter of preference for the individual. But that too will change over time. I used to like 3 on and 1 off then 3 on and repeat. Then I did 5 on 2 off. At my age I have to do what I can as per my overall energy holds. You can change up at any time. The most important thing is consistency. Meaning that in the long run we continue to hit all body parts a min of once a week. Yes a min. Some grow at once a week and others need twice. Some people and some parts 3 times a week. Trial and error
You will find that all thru out your career things will change. Body part will grow and others will plateau at different times.
With Bodybuilding it is just that. We build and watch all parts changing emphasis on different parts as our body grows. Intensity changes as we can handle it. ...crazy mikeLast edited by crazy mike; 08-19-2013 at 09:25 AM.
