    anavar only or with creatine

    I have taken anavar on its own for 3 weeks and gained 3kg of muscle and dropped from 7-5% bf in 3 weeks while on an intense hypertrophy programme.Then,4 weeks later gains are gone??My diet is spot on and so is my training as I see a bodybuilding pt monthly.Why am I losing the gains.
    If I take creatine along side it,will it make any difference or depress me even more when I gain even more weight(water retention) and then lose it all again

    There is absolutely, positively, no humanly way possible that you gained 3 kg of muscle in 3 weeks. Not even God can give you that, much less anavar . You gained water and lost water.

    3 weeks of anavar is not a cycle. You could have just had some redbull instead.

    Ok so how do I keep gains if I cycled for 6 wks.

    Why when you are not supposed to hold water on anavar is this happening and after only 3 weeks?

    Expensive steroids such as Anavar and Primobolan are commonly faked. You may have been taking something different and didn't know. 3 weeks is not enough time with Anavar to do anything really.

    To keep gains (assuming you're still within your genetic limits), you'd need to eat like a horse, non stop for a long time. Especially during post cycle therapy . Food is what saves muscles. That's your first line of defense. Then comes sleep and then training.

    You might want to spend some time in the nutrition section. I understand that you feel your diet is on point, but every single one of us thinks that as well. It doesn't hurt to have your diet critiqued by a professional. They can even teach you how to control bloat.

    Agreed ^^^

    You also didn't train hard enough to stimulate any kind of muscle growth and you also didn't eat to feed any kind of growth even if you did. You may think you trained and ate right but you didn't because all you did is gained water and lost the water and ended up at the same place. Pointless in even shutting your system down for. Learn how to really overload your body to stimulate growth and understand what to eat to feed the new growth and tissue.

    Anavar by itself is a waste of money
