Thread: Minimizing t3 rebound

    Minimizing t3 rebound

currently at 100mcg of t3 and im about to transition back to bulk and am well aware of the fat rebound when you stop t3. Obviously slowly ramping down is absolutely necessary to minimize this but i was thinking of using 50 mcg of IGF-1r3 to also help and speed up gains when I get back to my bulk. Thoughts/opinions

    What is "Fat rebound" ?

Ramping down is absolutely not necessary with T3. You can run it for a decade if you want and come off cold turkey. You'll recover in a heartbeat.

Youve never heard of t3 rebound where your thryoid becomes slower hence fat gains when off t3?

Does that happen on Wednesdays or something?

On a serious note... there is no such thing. You won't develop hypothyroidism when you discontinue use. I don't know anyone who has. And I don't know anyone who uses T3 as much and as for long as I do. No issues. No evidence to such a thing.

Happens to me when I go above 100mcg. Totally defeats the purpose because I'll eat EVERYTHING in sight.

And as far as fat bounce back it happens because you're diet isn't in check. You ramp up your metabolism using T3. You get cut up. YAY. Then you come off and don't adjust your calories you're going to ballon up. Just like any competitor that goes buck wild after a show. You can ramp down your T3 dose AND ramp down your calorie intake to avoid ballooning up. IMHO this is worse than show prep as you at least have a date of the show. There is NO deadline for getting your metabolism and diet perfected to live lean after T3 / Show / whatever. Good luck.

75 mg of test prop EOD has been enough to keep any catabolic effects off. Also im on about 250g carbs so my muscle are still somewhat full instead of going flat. Sorry for the dumb question its all over forums though everyone talking about the rebound effects gave me a little scare

    300mg is plenty per week.
