1st timers cycle need advice
hey guys, looking to do a test e only cycle.
My stats-
-25y/o
-starting weight/weight lifting 3yrs ago, I was 110lbs at 5'7" yea really small. took me 13months of 7000 cal/day (that's not a joke) to get to 155lbs at 13% body fat. worked for another year to only hit 157lbs. where I plateaued(gains of 6" arms,11" chest,9"legs and went from a 27 to 31 in pants. no skinny jeans for me), been working out on and off for the last year.
from what I've gathered 500mg/week (mon-250mg, thurs-250mg) of test e would be ideal. as for pct clomid 50mg/day for 3 weeks. I was hoping to get advice for if this is a good 1st cycle and if I should have ai just in case, or should I be fine with just the serm.
on avg when im not working out I have 2500-3000cal/day to maintain my weight. when I work out depending on cutting or bulking I do either 3000cal or 6-9000cal. Put it this way, when I get sick which is usually once a year ill drop down to 135-140lbs in a 2-3days. metabolism is extremely fast and its genetic. my dads 52 and still the same weight from the marines(he doesn't work out), my uncle just did his last iron man at age 51. im looking to hit 165lbs, so I figure 20lbs during the cycle and 15lb retention after. got the all clear to do it from the wife, all I have to do is keep it around $300.

And what's your question? 15lbs is about 65% optimistic of keeped gains.

question is, does it sound like a good plan? and do I really need an ai during the cycle?

with pct, gear, pins, serm, ai youll go over 500 easily. I would keep an AI throughout the cycle just in case.
