    First Cycle?? Dosage for goals.

    I've learned before starting Anavar I need to run striaght test. Test-E? Cyan? Which is the best to go with for me? Not wanting huge gains. Maybe 10 lbs but wanting to keep BF% low. And what dosage and antiestrogens or PCT's to use.

    6'0, 180lbs 7% bf. 22yo been working out and all natural since 15yo. Just use MVs,Whey,BCAA,Thermo(occasionally), sometimes Tribulus.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Got any pics? Sound pretty ripped! You're a little young to be cycling, I think upping your calories is your best bet

    I feel like upping the calories will take away too much cut. But then again I'm probably just being a baby about it. haha

    You can't get huge if you aren't willing to add a litte fat. You have to eat a surplus to grow. That's not any different when taking juice. If you think you can keep eating the same amount, you're wrong. More muscle needs more fuel

    I am willing to up the calories but I'm not trying to get really big. Maybe 10 lbs or so. I was hoping to do a clean gain. Clean as in diet, not gear haha. I really just want the extra fullness and hardness. In that picture I was peaked from getting ready for a boxing tourney and was only 164 in that picture.

    Everything comes with a price bro.Nothing is free and cycling at your age you stand a very good chance of hurting your endo system.For wat? 10 lbs! not a smart thing ha!

    I understand man, just hear so many good things. Not really the weight I'm going after to be honest. Just the ridiculously ripped look without being huge. And I wouldn't do it unless I had everything in order first. PCT's,anti E, so on so forth.

    You can do this without juice. Proper nutrition can be amazing when you get it right.

    Dude, you are already in phenomenal shape. There is absolutely no need to be taking unnecessary risks with aas. I think it would be wise and it also wouldn't kill you to hold out for just another 3 years. For the most part, our endocrine systems will be fully developed when we reach the age of 25 making it safer and less risk of causing life long damage due to aas usage.......Good luck and be safe

    Lmao, you would have to run a wicked huge, long cycle and eat like a horse to even gain 10lbs of muscle!! you are disillusioned on what to expect my man. Also I call bullshit on 7% BF unless eating directics is part of your usuall diet! Pictures or it's not so. I think your mistaken on your bf estimation. How much Test? Anavar? and for how long? any AI? any pct?

    My picture is up in the thread a few posts. Im nit trying to brag about it or anything. It's more of an estimation with a caliper probably not spot on. I've been natural my whole life man I'm brand new to aas part of this lifestyle and I'm curious that's why I'm asking questions. Just getting all the feedback I can. I would say I only get about 3k cals on a good day. It's hard to find enough food and keep it clean without draining my damn fridge and wallet lol!!!

    I always have to laugh when people say " I don't want to get too big" or "I'm not trying to get huge" Maybe we don't want the fat tissue. But without mass or good mass people are skinny. If I dieted down and got my BF to 6% I would be one ripped ass MF, I would have great shape and be one small dude. Put cloths on me and I would look like a broom stick as I see many. Take my shirt off and flex well, ripped small guy. Go figure I wish I could get big and lean and ripped. I've seen them and they look awesome. ...crazy mike

    I get ya man. Senior year I was 195 for football and then went down to 160 to 168 for boxing after it was over. My curiously with gear is the capability to stay lean and gain all at once. I know this is MUCH easier said then done. And I do look normal and thinner in clothes and it sucks haha. After you get a good pump and the veins get going I look like im about 15 lbs heavier then after the gym....deflation.
