First cycle? Why don't you check your blood count first.

Because per austinites advice on here one should give blood pre/mid/post cycle, so im going to do it mid cycle. And i've had a heavy heart beat making it hard to sleep since the beginning of the cycle so giving blood was what i deduced to be a positive action to improving this and for my general health whilst on cycle.

I have also been taking baby aspiring once a day since start of cycle and have now upped it to twice a day. Just to let you know.

Also i've had a heavy heart beat in the past for no apparent reason other than anxiety, had every test the doc could think of done, have had my test checked. Everything has came back normal on any test i've ever had. I also get facial flushing which seemed to be normal too.

I'm pretty sure Austinite meant to check bloodwork pre, mid and post cycle. Not give/donate blood 3 times per cycle.

If your symptoms started right after your first pin, then obviously it's NOT due to polycythemia/high hematocrit.

So its as you said then. I wont have high RBC from being half way through a cycle?

Besides that, and i know its been covered on here before but the responses were just that of "test doesn't cause anxiety". Why do you think i have a heavy heart beat?

I suffer from anxiety already, do you think im getting anxiety about the cycle, hence the heavy heart beat? Its making it extremely hard to sleep.

I think i will get my blood pressure checked now that im on cycle and report back.

If this is really your first cycle, then i would say that having high rbc at this point in time is very unlikely. But please do a blood count to be sure.

Increased heart rate. That can be due to so many reasons, and may not be due to the cycle at all. It's really hard for me to comment.

Androgens tend to increase heart rate and contractile force. This is why I use Beta blockers on cycle.

    Good coverage AD.

And yes, pre, mid & post referenced blood work, not donations. Unless of course you're running high doses of EQ, then that's actually not a bad idea
