CO Q10 anyone have any experience.

Test only cycle underway, had a couple of crap days but some good advice from the forum has seen me through.

Blood pressure is slightly elevated, 130 ish, 75 ish, this is no big deal at my age. I have a home metre and since the test, Armidex and HCG, it is occasionally creeping higher.
Purchased some CO Q10, this is reported to help reduce blood pressure S by up to 10 mmg and D 7 mmg.
Apparently in some articles I have read its also of benefit to bbs, as it aids recovery and supercharges the cells( there words not mine).

Just wondered if anyone has used and benefited from this.
Also purchased, potassium, magnesium, vit C, as these are reported to help as well.

Yes, it's great compound. But at your age, you should consider UBQH instead. Give this a read...

It's pretty expensive. IMO research cialis is cheaper and more effective

Ok. Great. Can you explain exactly how Cialis and Coq10 compare and what makes CoQ10 unnecessary in the presence of Cialis?

    Educate us please.

Great antioxidant but as Austin said UBQH is superior. If money is an issue the one anti oxidant you have to have IMO is NAC.

I think he just meant that Cialis works better for BP, if he had to pick one or the other.
But you could obviously use both.

He mentioned blood pressure and in my experience cialis helped me the most by far. For overall health coq10 is a great supp, but if he just wants lower bp I'd go cialis. Coq10 isn't that cheap

True, if BP s the only concern that's fine, but there more to CoQ10. Certainly either one cannot be an alternative all around.
