Questions:
1. With the macros i have listed is it possible for me to sit at my current BF and gain LBM or by any chance drop BF whilst adding LBM? (Second Option)
2. Possible to drop around 7-8kg of Pure fat in my cutting cycle mentioned weeks 5-12 whilst adding LBM to get me to around 5-6% bf. (First Option)
3. Is it true your first cycle is better to be a bulk to get the most out of it? Im tossing up wether going for size or getting disgustingly shredded as i have never been 5-6% before.
