Hey, I'm 174cm 68kg 11% BF and 22 years old.
I done my first cycle 5 months ago which was Prop and Deca for 10 weeks with no pct
I am now ready to start my second cycle which is prop and cyp..
but before i start it should i get to 7-8 percent bf first? I want to try and stay lean all year round..
will i gain much bf eating 500 cal above maintanance ? with the macros 40 protein 40 carbs 20 fat? and lifting 6 days a week or should i change it around when on AAS? And will i need to do pct after this cycle if im going to jump on again 1 month later please help thanks guys
