AI differences and dosages

I have looked around a bit and I am attempting to clarify the differences and appropriate dosages for the different common AIs. I am looking at Exemestane, Letrozole, and Arimidex. Helpful input would be appreciated.

I have only tried Aromasin (@ 12.5mg ED) and Arimidex (@ 0.25mg EoD)
