t3 and me
I have a question about t3 and using it for myself, right now.
My goal is to lean out, and get more vascular. I was bulking and had eating problems. So other tan bloat weight I didn't get far. 188lbs. - 198-200lbs. I want to lean out, or do some cutting if you will. (I hate that expression with contest prep).
I want to see what I really look like. I want to what a lean hard vascular and lighter look will b like. Not that I plan to stay there. Enough intro...
Height 5'-10"
weight 191 lbs.
Bf % 15
caloric intake approx. 3,500/ day
Protein and plus with shakes 200-250mg/day
Test E 1000mg wk
Test Prop 350-450 mg/wk
Winstrol liquid 75 mg/ED
Cialis 10mg/ED
Liquidex .25mg Ed
So what if I plugged in some t3. I have it on hand. But I'm worried about the catabolic state it could begin.
I will be going on another 4 weeks only decreasing the Test in two more weeks.
t3 or no. If so what dose. I have never used it. ...crazy mike

With all that gear, you have nothing to worry about. Run it. If you've never used it, run 50mcg to 75mcg max once a day.

T3 is good. I like using it in low doses sometimes.
Since you've never used before, i'd recommend starting at 25mcg. hold that dose for 5-7 days. if you feel like it bump up to 50mcg. After another few days you could possibly bump to 75.
Personally, i think just holding the dose at 50mcg gives a nice subtle boost to a cut. T3 is really something you gotta play with yourself tho. Some people love it/some hate it.

SlinKing his body already produces around 25mcg naturally, what's the point of replacing it with the same amount?
40mcg should be the minimum

So cool. And your experience ?? Hey tell me what it did for yo and was this show prep or just to loose FAT. I have read much and no where did it say 25mg. I have read nothing then 50mg to start. so please can you explain. ...crazy mike

well when i did my first t3 run, i started at 25 and tapered up to 75. it worked great for me which is why i recommended it. i gotta admit that i did not feel much at 25, so it is probably unnecessary as you guys are all saying.
I just used it to lose fat. nowadays i start a t3 run at 50 and usually hold that dose through the whole cycle. it'll make you really really flat unless you use drol under it (super or anna)

I still don't understand. Your stats and experience tell me you don't know anything about bodybuilding and leaning for show. That is not to do a show but for some simulation to recognize just where you stand or me. Where do I size up with reality and what my goals are. Did you read my post and intro ??? ...crazy mike

i don't know anything about bodybuilding and i hate the sport, to be honest. I don't know why we're talking about contest prep all of a sudden.
In my opinion, low-dose t3 is pretty nice whenever you're trying lose a bit of fat. If you really want to see where you are, run adrol or superdrol under it because t3 without those compounds makes you look like shit. just trying to help a bro out with my t3 experience. good luck

Stop kid. Most of the people on here know me. I think that some one like Aust~ and a few experienced members know much more and know just where I am coming from at this time. Thanks for sharing your experience but to advise when you don't have a clue is bad advise. My point to you here becomes true. You need to hold back a little on advise when it I not pertinent to any OP's thread. You are the one that thinks it is ok to run around with NO estrogen Check again on that. It is an unhealthy fact. I enjoyed running T3 on my last cycle. I ramped up to about 125mcg. I leaned out nicely but hard to say what was the leading factor considering I was on tren .
