taking aromasin EOD

I see tons of people saying EOD is fine, and others saying ED because of its halflife.

I have 25mg pharma tabs and im running 400mg test 12 weeks.

I was thinking 12.5mg EOD. Or 12.5mg ED. If 12.5mg ED crushes my estrogen what do i do?

I doubt that 12.5 ed is going to crush your e2.
I would start with 12.5 ed.

12.5mg will probably be too low, my e2 was above range on that. You could be different though. Haven't taken bloods since 2 weeks ago but I feel a lot better on 12.5mg 2x Ed with dietary fat. I take it with a tablespoon of olive oil

It is very difficult, contrary to popular belief, to crash your e2 with stane. In a study on young males (not on cycle) taking 25mg/day and 50mg/day e2 levels were low, even very low - but still within reference range. Start at 12.5 ed and dont be surprised if you end up at 25mg/day dosed at 12.5mg - 2x/day.

The clinical pharmacology report submitted to the FDEA say "Administered with a standard high fat meal". What that means I do not 100% know I would just be sure to take it with some dietary fat.

Well, a standard high fat meal would be based on RDA I would assume. A 2000 calorie diet's RDA is 65 fats. That's daily, so 3 meals is the standard, so a third would be about 21 grams.

lol, just guessing here. Seems like a lot.

Nice, I was thinking about what the dose should be for Aromasin while on cycle, but the answer has been given here.

And what about taking the mg's with some dietary fat is that only the case for Aromasin or also for other AIs?

How much gram fat would be needed when you take the mg's? Since the article only states diet high in fat or mgs taken after a meal or whatsoever..

What about splitting the mgs up? If someone would like to take 25mg Aromasin a day. Should one take 12.5mg x 2 or would it be better to take 25mg at once?

Honestly I don't think it needs to be as high as I stated above. I merely did the math, but even as little as 10 grams of fat should suffice.

There is no need to split the up the dose, half life is too long for that to matter

Oke, thanks. So splitting up mg's only makes sense when the half life of a compound is "short".
