Hi as anyone use both of these and what is better ?
I've used both and depends on a few factors which is better.
Depends on each person I guess too right?.
What would you prefer ?
T3 for me. It's like Candy. Clen is like poison.

T3 and a calorie deficit I'm lethargic. Throw in some clen and I perk right back up. I'll only run T3 when I'm "on". Clen I can run when ever. I know how to manage the sides from clen and I love the compound but there are many people that HATE it. I've run clen more often than T3 so I'm more familiar whit it but my best results have come when I combine them both.
Why not do use both? I've heard of plenty of people cycle both. Actually thinking about doing it myself.

Im on clen 40mg and t3 25mg ed and i see my fats melting off fast weekly... well im also on test p and tren a.. t3 and clen is a good combo for me..

you have to be careful with clen. The muscle cramps can be debilatating and dangerous. im blaming it for my recent back spasm and can barely walk now. Be sure to have tons of taurine on hand and "load" it even a few days before starting clen. Also increase magnesium as it can lower cardiac magnesium. It can also increase insulin resistence so dont say on too long, its not terribly healthy.
In can increase strength in the gym, but be especially careful on shrugs and lower back work as spasms in these muscles can debilitate your limbs if you pinch a nerve..
I personally would prefer ephedrine, or synephrine or yohimbe, or some combo of them.

I use clen all the way thru prep and only t3 for the last few weeks to get that last little bit off.
How about t3 and eca for a thermogenic? I think many will agree clen isn't worth the sides.
