I have tenderness and a small lump behind my left nipple... currently at .25 mg caber twice a week... up to .50 twice a week?
You're running tren only? What else are you taking?
Test e tren e 250/400 wk
Front loaded w/ d bol 1st 4wks
Get yourself an ai.
I just started wk7
Not using an AI? If you have a lump, your E2 is too high and you developed gynecomastia. You need Raloxifene to reverse it. Not caber.
Get blood work.
What is the doses, duration for ralox?
60 mg daily until it's gone..

So you believe this gyno is caused by the test, not the tren?? I'm mid cycle too, should I add an ai? Which one??
And just continue caber at .25 twice a week?
Austinite.. I did, and do my homework bro.... and I want to thank you for your input. And I will get blood work done.. . What I don't understand, is that I have run test in the past as high as 600ml per week for 14weeks without an ai and had no issues. This is the first go with tren. I read everything I could get my hands on, and did not go extreme with the cycle I chose. I have an ai on hand.. arimidex. Just didn't see a reason to use it when I'm running a trt dose of test. I have ordered ralox, and started nolva at 40mg per day until I get the ralox...
19-nor steroids can cause issues, but not in the presence of low E2. So if you haven't controlled E2 properly, tren will cause issues with both progesterone and prolactin. Read the article below, it should shed some light:

Keeping your e2 low from the start will help prevent things like this from happening. Also, is your caber liquid or tablets? Caber is unstable in liquid and only lasts a matter of weeks, if that. Get bloods done, thats the only way to know what is really going on.
Best of luck
I thought Gyno is only when both nipples are in play not just the 1?
^ no. Lump = gyno. Either pec or both.
is it possible to get gyno 4-6 weeks after finishing PCT? or is it something that only comes on during cycle?
Generally during cycle or during PCT, but there are plenty of cases reported gynecomastia several weeks post PCT. Lot's of factors.
aghhh thats alright then. I had same thing this guy had last year got ultrasound done and doc told me it was just some fat tissue but i never saw the results
Actual lump = Gyno.
No lump, no gyno.
My caber is tablet form...
