Hey everyone. I'm looking for some help on a future cycle. Some info on me, I'm 26, 5'6, currently 174, 12-14% bf I'm guessing. I will post some pictures later. I have 2 long cycles and 2 short cycles under my belt. The 2 long cycles worked well, the first I gained about 23 lbs with a great diet. The second was decent. I gained about 12 lbs but my diet wasnt spot on as I was deployed at the time. The 2 short cycles were only 4 weeks and didn't work out as well as I had hoped. One was prop and anadrol(felt like it did nothing), the other was prop and tren a. The tren cycle did a decent job as a recomp but not much as far as weight gain. The compounds I have used are test e, test p, tren a, deca, anadrol, dbol, tbol, plus the common array of ancillaries.
Now, onto the cycle I am currently planning. My goals are to bulk but not blow up with water. I want to keep relatively lean, but I am not against adding a pound or two of fat because I can easily get rid of it afterwards. I really enjoyed my deca cycle. I also liked the joint padding effects it has. My left shoulder and left knee are a little messed up. I tore my rotator 2 years ago and it hasnt been the same. My knee...well thats what happens when you walk/run long distances with a pack on your back. I also liked the recomping effects I got from the tren a. So I would like to run a cycle where I get the benefits of both. I know both NPP and Tren are 19-nor compounds. So my plan is to run them at separate times throughout the cycle. It will look something like this:
Week 1-10: Test E 500-750/wk
Week 11-16: Test E 250/wk
Week 1-16: Mast E 400/wk
Week 1-5: NPP 100-150/eod
Week 13-16: Tren Ace 50-75/ed
Aromasin and caber will be run throughout at 12.5/ed and .25/e3d respectively. HCG Im thinking 250mcg/twice a week. Should I start this right off the bat or wait a couple weeks?
Running the NPP for 6 weeks should give me plenty of size. Stopping it for 2 weeks should give it enough time to clear before adding the Tren. Then run the tren for 4 weeks to harden up and shed some fat before the end of the cycle. The reason I am dropping the test at week 11 is to allow blood levels to come down before starting the tren. When I ran it last time I ran prop at 50/day and tren at 50/day for 2 weeks. Then bumped the tren up to 75/day and still didnt have any crazy sides. I was hot and sweat like crazy all the time but no insomnia or anything. I think the fact that I was running low dose test had alot to do with it. The mast e I want to add in as a synergistic boost to the compounds. The anti estro effects will come in handy as well to minimize some of the bloat. I have also heard of mast helping to increase strength. Ive never used it and would like to add it into this cycle as I feel it would benefit me greatly.
So thats the whole cycle and my reasons for coming up with it. I didnt add any pct in there as its not set in stone what cycle I will actually run yet. No use in thinking of all that when I havent made up my mind on this yet!
So what do you all think? Is this overkill? Anyone tried a similar cycle?
