Hmm. Where exactly? Is it a constant pain, or only when you inhale? Feel anything in your back? Any movement or activity make it worse?

Constant. Sometimes certain movements spike it a bit. Nothing in my back. Going on day 2. When i breath in i can feel the pain increase slightly. Its directly center of my chest

You should go see a doc. Could respiratory like pleurisy, or something even more serious like an issue with a main artery. Hows your blood pressure, are you a smoker?

it could be esophagus inflammation, but chest pain always scares me. call you doc and get it checked out. when I get any kind of chest pain I immediately take a baby aspirin and call my doc.
