Hi! So im brand new here, so please be nice. My bf takes test400(i think) and sometimes mixes in some trenE. he is nearing the end of this psycle. but for the last couple of weeks he has had some swelling/pitting on his calf,ankles, and feet. Just wondering what y'all know about this and if we should be worried. i have gotten mixed info through my online searches. He isnt having any pain but I am concerned because I am not well versed when it comes to this. any info and advice woul be greatly appreciated! Thanks all.

Swelling from steroids is usually in the face and any other area where there is fat, such as the stomach.

Swelling of the ankles is usually a symptom of something else, if I'm not mistaken it can be a symptom of issues with blood pressure.

I'd get him to the doctors for some tests. Hopefully it's just high estrogen levels but better safe than sorry

my brother had an issue like that when taking an OTC oral steroid that wasn't supposed to be liver toxic. After seeing his edemis calves we did a blood test and his liver enzymes were in 900s!! Its didnt even say "high" on the test it said "alert" . After he went off it took like two months for the calves to get normal. A blood test showed the liver was normal around that time as well. I feel that they had something to do with each other.
Some people have gotten high liver enzymes from tren. Test liver.

Did he used a AI on cycle what is his bp like?

he did, .5 adex ED. BP I dont recall

it was MAX LMG by alri. Was supposed to be milder than superdrol, hardly but then again because it was supposed to be mild he was doing like 120mgs a day.(woops) I've only done 30-60mgs of s-drol and liver was elevated but not crazy. He was also doing 100mg of prop eod

It is likely just from heavy water retention and could be relieved with an aromatase inhibitor and/or a diuretic. How much weight has he put on during this cycle?
