Hey guys Im pumped to start my 2nd cycle.
My first cycle was test e n var as well and I loved it I gained a shit load of weight and Maintained about 11-13lbs of lean muslce. so im gonna stick to it
Im sitting at about 177lbs 7%bf
Anyways so for this cycle I was thinking about running the var for 8 WEEKS. So kick starting it for the first 4 and then ending into my pct for the last 4.
IM not 100% about this. So if you guys could give me your opinion on the best way to do it. With the most optimal results. That would be great
