I"m 35, white male, 220.. mostly muscle.. been taking 300mg's a week of test cyp for 8 months..
Usually takes about 3 days between workout to recover natually I mean right t?
On 300mg's hw long u think.. maybe 36 hours? I want to workout as regular as physically able too..
Also let me explain my workout .. which is based on the book.. The Power of Ten..
This book's theory is simple...
Author says u can get almost as good as results as somebody in gym all day.....
Theory is this.. when u lift .. say your doing curls..
1. LIft slowly to prevent injury and not cheating using momentum.. plus slow resistance training gets best results.
2. MAIN POINT.. - WHEN U LIFT EACH SET ONLY DO IT ONCE. DO IT SLOWLY .. AND TIL U HAVE MUSCLE FAILURE.. Man when do my sets i'm in pain but keep pushing til I get to muslce failure or pain so intense I give up... Am getting some kick ass results ..
I had low t so this stuff changed my life.. etc..
Basically how do you know when muscles ready to do workout ? soreness gone basically ?
