Recovery between workouts for Hrt.. 300mg's a week.. how long ..

I"m 35, white male, 220.. mostly muscle.. been taking 300mg's a week of test cyp for 8 months..

Usually takes about 3 days between workout to recover natually I mean right t?

On 300mg's hw long u think.. maybe 36 hours? I want to workout as regular as physically able too..

Also let me explain my workout .. which is based on the book.. The Power of Ten..
This book's theory is simple...
Author says u can get almost as good as results as somebody in gym all day.....

Theory is this.. when u lift .. say your doing curls..
1. LIft slowly to prevent injury and not cheating using momentum.. plus slow resistance training gets best results.
2. MAIN POINT.. - WHEN U LIFT EACH SET ONLY DO IT ONCE. DO IT SLOWLY .. AND TIL U HAVE MUSCLE FAILURE.. Man when do my sets i'm in pain but keep pushing til I get to muslce failure or pain so intense I give up... Am getting some kick ass results ..

I had low t so this stuff changed my life.. etc..

Basically how do you know when muscles ready to do workout ? soreness gone basically ?

Is this doctor prescribed?
Because 300 mg/week is very high for HRT. You'll run into issues in the long term at this dose.

my levels were at like half of what they should be like 300.. when did bloodwork

my doc/ though new doctor.. recommeded androgel at 200mg's a week.. but since was too expensiive so bought injec steroids online and do myself.. Heck u guys know more about this stuff than 95% of doctors i'm sure..
most people in medical community are living in a cloud on this subject as we all know..

problems in long run.. meaning need to take certain level of armidex and stuff u mean?
if so any advice on that issue?
I'm about to order some ARmidex now.. what else should i get? thanks mike

x2 ^^ 300mg wk is not trt way to high go over to the trt section the guy's there will help you out

Most guys only need about 100 mg weekly.

Bonaparte is not talking about E2 only, but other issues to be concerned about like high hemoglobin, RBC and Hematocrit, liver function, HBP, prostate, and the list goes on.

200 would be the highest for trt/ 300 is not trt. rarely does someone need that to acieve an 800+ testosterone level. your doing a mild steroid cycle that is 8 mo long

Well my stuff is Dragon Pharma Test Cyp ..
Hmmm not at risk of like falling over and dieing anytime soon over me doing "milld" cycle like this .. though right?

Lol i'd like to keep taking higher amoutn like this though to keep buff like I am I'm thinking right now rather than prob go down to 100.. I"m liking the results and so are the ladies!!! ha ha

So what now then? Go get bloodwork and get Armidex/ anit iestrogen and what other drugs? Immediately to help this issue right??

okay, doing my best to help you here. of course you won't feel anything now until its too late, and yes do BW so you can see what damage you've done so far, hopefully nothing yet. but you need to take these drugs seriously, they're not candy!

He was warned months ago when he started this foolish plan. I doubt he will listen now but we still need to try and educate

My doctor told me to take 200mg's a week.. also.. so

Yes gel.. but was like 500 a month.. now taking it for like 30 a month.. in test cyp form obviously though.

Would be cheaper still if you weren't so reckless with your dosage.

Besides you earn 60-70 per hour and can turn 3000 into 250 000 so not quite sure why you would baulk at 500 per month and have the whole thing done properly through your Dr.

Wsex.com screwed me on a 70,000 buck payout,, and paynorake did so also on 4k..
have house paid off, lke 10k plus in bank but yeh suppose to have 85k plus house save..
I got free bloodwork at locak health place last time when i laid myself off.. so .. why not go there / get it free I say..

Why go elsewhere?

So at 300m's a week.. should I take armidex and any others ? thats main ?..
If so prob wait to thave to see bloodwork to see where i'm at right? mike

Yes I paid cash for my houe but cashwise hurting cuz have prop taxes to pay.. and GOT STIFFED FOR 74,000 BUCKS !!
