#1 - Type Your Post Legibly
Some of us have really old eyes, like myself. Reading endless sentences is just blinding. Makes people give up on your post quickly.
Follow these simple guidelines:
- Use paragraphs and punctuation. One MASSIVE paragraph is very annoying and boring.
- Avoid slang words like "Brah", for example. That's garbage we can do without.
- Not too worried about your spelling, I understand people use mobile devices. Just try to be very clear.
#2 - Provide Your Full Statistics
If you want random advice, please use the search function. But if you want advice that is tailored to you personally, you'll need to give us your full and complete stats.
List of statistics are as follows:
- Age
- Sex
- Height
- Weight
- Body Fat Percentage (You must have this, view this chart to guesstimate if unsure, or post pictures of yourself)
- Detailed cycle history (Tell us what compounds you've used and how many times)
- Training history (How long have you been training continuously with no gaps)
- Medical conditions and/or injuries
#3 - Propose a Full and Complete Cycle
If you make a post asking "What should I take?", you'll probably be asked to propose a cycle. We want to help you as much as possible, but we are not here to spoonfeed you. It's in your best interest to do your own research. If this was the mid 90's, it would be a different story. But It's way beyond those years and the forum is now packed with research material that will help you propose a cycle. We've all done the leg work, and we expect you to do so as well.
For your cycle proposal, you'll need to clearly provide:
- Compounds used (dont forget to mention the ester)
- Duration each compound will be used
- How much are you injecting. WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND ML or CC. We need MG's (milligrams), IU's, MCG, etc... Not Volume!
- Injection/administration frequency
- Supporting drugs and peptides such as hCG and aromatase inhibitors (also dosing and frequency)
- Post cycle therapy drugs (if applicable) including duration and doses
- Tell us what your goal is for this cycle. We do not have crystal balls.

I want to get some critique on my upcoming cycle, so that you can make me aware if I am missing anything. Here are my stats:
I'm 28 years old male
6'1" tall
210 lbs
14% body fat
This is my 3rd cycle. My first was testosterone enanthate at 500mg per week for 12 weeks. My second cycle was test E at 500mg per week and dianabol kick start at 40mg for 4 weeks.
I've been training since I was 19. Had a shoulder injury and took a year off to recover. I've been consistently training for 4 years now.
My goal is to add 8 lbs of muscle while keeping body fat at or under 16%.
Here is my cycle proposal:
Week 1 to 12: Test E @ 500mg per week. (250mg twice weekly)
Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 IU twice weekly
Week 1 to 4: Tbol @ 60mg every day
Week 1 to 13: Adex @ 0.25mg every other day
I'll take two weeks off after last injection and then PCT with Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 and Nolva @ 40/20/20/20
