How to avoid water retention

Hi guys, i planned this cycle:
1-12 500mg Testo C
1-6 30mg dbol

What do you think about exchanging dbol with another non-aromatizable oral, preventig the max water retention? Some preps uses win during their bulk..I was thinking about win, var, tbol, or some PH like "mithras"/Sdrol

I know var retains less water, but your diet plays a key role. limit your sodium intake and I'm a firm believer in cardio. Of course a AI regimen would help.

6.25 mg? Why from 3rd week and why such an incredibly low dose?

someone told me this... i sincerly prefer 1 letro a week (98% aromatase inhibitor)

Letro only has a half life of like 24 hours I think, and it's also a non suicidal ai, meaning taking letro once a week could result in an e2 rebound. Take aromasin at 12.5mg daily.

Even with a good diet and ai, dbol still causes water retention for me. Winny would be a bad choice while bulking so would var personally. I think you should stick to test only. If u want to kick start ur test, just use a short ester test for the first 4 weeks, but I think you should refrain from adding compounds till u have a better idea of what ur doing...

Letro is an ai, but it's about 30% stronger then adex or stane...it'll crash your e2 in a hurry without warning. You don't use letro as a normal ai. It's to finicky.

He is not 30% stronger Tron...We are talking about little ( but relevant ) percentage... In order, the stronger is Letro and it has also a longer half life then the other two...

I know some WBFF pro physique ecc that started to use PH...
And what do you think about GHRP-6 for the skin effects? Thanks
