I like to sauna for 10 mins right after workout. Helps keep muscle hot and pumped up. Plus after the girls get done with the zumba and bootcamp workout classes several of the hot girls hit the sauna about the same time. Hahaha that's really reason enough!
Stay hydrated and it there won't be an issue
