    Would you go in a Souna while on cycle?

    If so for how many minutes?...my blood pressure normally is 115/70. it raises a little while on cycle but nothing weird.

    I like to sauna for 10 mins right after workout. Helps keep muscle hot and pumped up. Plus after the girls get done with the zumba and bootcamp workout classes several of the hot girls hit the sauna about the same time. Hahaha that's really reason enough!

    Going often to spa with my gf and I was a bit afraid it could harsh on my body...no goal
