If you're craving something eat it. Who cares if you're off for a day.

Whens the last time you had a cheat? It helps your metabolism if you have 1 when you go depleted for a while

6k calories? Doubt it. If that's the case, you have far more serious issues to deal with than a cheat day. You stuffing your face with candy bars or what?
I don't even know how you would fit 6k in a normal day.
A cheat meal is is having a single meal that should help with the craving. Not signing up for a hot dog eating contest.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

As you get lean you need to reduce you calories.
Also a refeed is never a bad thing. The leaner you get the the more frequent you can do them AKA once a week and even then if you're really serious about getting really lean your refeed wont be a blowout 6k day. More like TDEE +500 then right back on calorie restriction.

A cheat meal won't make or break anything.

cheat meal wont magically make you fat...
IMO better to cheat meal once a week or 2 week than turning crazy on the third one.

What was your starting weight/body fat % and current? How many calories a day now? How long have you been on it?
I ask because t3 is going in my next cycle.

I just have an insane appetite and i Actually have competed in eating contests before ...a 10 lb pizza in 26 minutes, 8lbs of pancakes and my most recent corn dog eating contest. Not sure what weight i started at but ive lost a tremendous amount of bodyfat on t3. Started at 25mcg and bumped it up 25mcg's per month but now on my last layer of fat its so hard i gotta probably drop cals even more as stated above gonna drop them from carbs to get rid of some water ret as well
