Your 5 th cycle @ 170 lbs? You need to get a better grasp on your diet. IMO
I would go to the nutrition section an get some help.

You're very light....... need nutrition help. If you insist.. Try playing with Test/NPP/Tbol.

If you can't put on weight it's because you don't eat enough. No matter how many calories you eat.

What's your lean mass gain diet look like?

True. Steroids will do nothing really if you're not eating enough. Literally, no lean gain.

And if you fail to get that then what do you get? It's complete overkill on protein and a whopping amount of fat.

What results have you been getting off cycle with that diet?

That's only 2 meals for some guys around here.
You have that calculated at 4k cals?
You need to go to the nutrition section and get your diet on track.

Where does 350g protein come from?
or 300g carbs for that matter?
    Or over 100g fat?

That looks about half of the 4000cals you state.

I still don't see 350g of protein...maybe 200 lol & most of that coming from shakes. You want the majority of your protein consumption coming from you meats like 99% FF turkey, chicken breast, tuna, tilapia, etc.

I'd suggest formulating a diet, with the help of our nutrition section, and running it without the use of AAS to try and see what happens.

    1 banana
1 serving of natural peanut butter

    Meal 2
4 whole eggs and 2 egg whites
1 serving of oatmeal with butter or yogurt
Bagel with cream cheese or toast

    Meal 3
    8-10 ounces of steak
    1 sweet potato
    1 serving of rice

    Meal 4
    8-10 ounces of ground beef
1 serving of whole wheat pasta

    Meal 5
8-10 ounces of fish for chicken
    1.5 servings of rice
    cup of veggies or salad

Hmmmmm, Cape be a good boy for papa and eat a few more

base, you could eat a few more too. Maybe.

Obviously I don't know how much either of you eat in a sitting but I eat veggies in 3 meals and fruit in one of my other meals. I don't think many of us eat enough veggies or enough variety to try and take care of our micronutrients.

Yeah, you have to include fruit in you macro's. and you need a damn good muti bit and mineral to make up for an array of healthy veg. Having said that there are plenty of people, even in the civilised Western world, who barely eat any veggies. Even though they eat excessive calories they are still malnourished.

Cape, hops in beer don't count btw

It's always the first thing we omit from our diet. Particularly when bulking and eating becomes a chore, who needs 'fillers' when you are permanently full?! Juicers can be good for these times.
