    Nutritional and cycle help

    Hi I'm new to this site so any help would be great, I'm 35 5ft8 200lb this is my diet. Meal 1 7am. 2 scoops whey protein and 1 cup oats. Meal 2 10 am 1 whey scoop 1 cup of oats and 7 egg whites made into a pancake. Meal 3 1pm 1 cup of brown rice and 8oz chicken. Meal 4 4pm same as meal 3. Meal 5 6pm 8oz lean steak and veg. 7pm 1 scoop of whey protein and half cup of oats. 8pm train. After training 2 scoops of whey Before bed tin of tuna and veg. My cycle Is 250 enanthate and equipose eod for 8 weeks then next 8 weeks tren a100 and prop then come off properly. Any help and advice would be great plus like i said I'm new to site

    Actual cycle layout ie
    Weeks 1-8 test e 125mg x 2 per week eq 100mg EOD
    Weeks 9-16 whatever

    On cycle ancillaries?
    Cycle history?
    Pct to 'come off properly'?

    Body fat 19 percent, 256 protein,390 carbs the rest good fats, my goals are to bulk up week 1-8 then cut week 9-16, pinning enanthate 250 and equipose 200 eod for bulk cycle week 1-8 then tren a100 and test prop 200 eod week 9-16, my goals are to gain as much lean muscle thru my bulking cycle then cut as much fat as I can during my cutting cycle, been traing for about 5 years have done about 8 courses but to be honest I don't think I did them properly that's why I am on here asking for advice, pct will be Clomid. What are on cycle ancillaries, look sorry if I'm asking silly questions I thought I did a lot of homework before I start this but obviously I have not and I will be running 4 iu ed blue top growth and can I ask when is the best time to do growth morning or night, thank u for any replies

    How ,any calories so I can work out how much fat is in your diet?

    Why pin test e EOD? And why switch to prop? You don't run nolva too for pct?

    Can you detail your previous 8 cycles in terms of compounds, amounts and PCT used? Know what an Aromatase Inhibitor is?

    8 cycles to get to 180 lean lbs seems like you may well have had inadequate diet plans either through or post cycle or both.

    Why bulk at 19%? I wouldn't cycle on a bulk above 12% really although 15% would be my absolute maximum.

    Being he is 200lbs near 20%, he's only holding 160 lean lbs. seems there is a diet problem. I suggest getting your diet squared away BEFORE going into this cycle. Spend a little more time here researching and using the new diet. I'd like to see you drop below 15% bf before cycling again.

    Hmmmm, I'm gonna say mine was a typo at 180

    But there are definite diet issues that need resolving before any further use of AAS.

    6 scoops of protein powder? why spend that much on whey you know your body excretes all the proteins it cant use right?
    plus actual food is better suplements are just that to supplement your diet not replace actual food 2scoops a day of a quality powder with more chicken turkey steak and tuna would be better than 6 scoops this of course is my opinion others may vary but 6 to me is over kill real food is soooooo much better
    if you eat 4 whole eggs 250g turkey 400g chicken 400g lean steak with 2 scoops of whey and a glass of milk youd have much more quality protein than just 6 whey scoops my 2c
