hi i am thinking of running this compound has any one any expierience , using it , dosage etc

What's the point of using that bit of EQ? You just had it laying around?

Anyway, I'd be concerned about your liver health if adding halo, since you're already on Winstrol and Var.
How long have you been on those, and what is your winny dose?
What are you using for liver support? Any recent bloodwork?

Halo won't "dry you out" like winstrol will, because it isn't a DHT derivative, so it doesn't actually reduce estrogen. But it is highly androgenic (in vivo), so it helps a lot with muscle hardness, strength & aggression (useful for getting you through those last weeks of precontest torture), and vascularity.
