    Can i start right away?!?!..

    Hi guys I recently did a course of sus and dec.. Long story short I didn't run the PCT and ****ed up and broke out into spots... First time and a mate said didn't need to.

    An I ok to start another course as I still have really bad spots or shoud I wait until I'm spot free then start again?... It's been about a month now done I have had the course.. Thanks guys

    Do no run another cycle.
    And you need to run some sort of pct immediately IMO.

    You want to run a steroid cycle because you have acne? Am I understanding this correctly? As in... "Screw it, might as well"?

    You need blood work to see how much damage you've done for not running PCT. Hopefully you have previous blood work to compare to.

    Blood work. Not another cycle.

    How old are you?

    Run a PCT and visit our nutrition forum. You are 6 foot and weigh 154lbs, you need to learn how to eat buddy.

    I'm 24 mate, and yeah I know! I do hae a very fast metabolism also but yeah I do need to get a diet plan sorted asap!..
    I'm currently running a pct now.
    Is it about a month I have to wait after pct?..
    Or you stay off for how long u stay on for?.. Heard different things. And I

    Stay off til you gain 30lbs of muscle.

    If you don't eat enough to gain weight then eat more.

    Get to the nutrition section and post up your weight gain diet there.

    You are not ready to do steroids . After this pct you will need to do years of training and dieting. Learn to eat!
