Whats going on folks planned on running a prop,ace,mast cycle and was told if adding in dbol that would be the icing on the cake with this heavenly cutting cycle. Btw this will be my first time running mast.
Stats:5'11,22Yrs Old, 4th cycle,182lbs,Lifting 5 years now,10-12%BF
*TREN HIGHER/TEST LOWER *
175 prop 25mg ed 1-10
525 tren 75mg ed 3-10
450 mast 150mg eod 1-10
50 dbol 50 ed ed 1-4
Bromocriptin 2.5mg ed in the a.m
PCT
Clomid 70/50/50/50
HCG - HCG 500iU ED
Diet: Meal 1- 10oz egg whites, 1 cup of oats(dry measured)
Meal 2- 5oz of grilled chicken, 1 whole cup of green veggies, 5oz of sweet potato
Meal 3- 50 grams of isolate, 2 tbls of natural peanutbutter
meal 4- 7oz of white fish, 1 cup of green veggies
Meal 5- 6oz of grilled chicken(red meat on day before leg day), with a large side salad with oil and vinger dresing
Meal 6- 3 whole eggs before bed

14 weeks is a long time to be pinning ED or even EOD..
maybe reduce down to say.. 8?

Okay I will keep 8 weeks in thought, Im just making sure my gains are maintained .. I do understand prop is short ester so the effects kick in quicker so maybe 8 will be enough.

At 22 5'11" 5 cycles and 182lbs your doing something wrong.

did alot of things wrong to be honest, Did unknowledgeable doses, never ran pcts .. never dieted or lifted correctly. I wasted alot of money and time. I have been off for a good year now and trained my ass off and dieted to try and build more of a natural frame.

You are wrong about Masteron being , A BIT of an AI. That's not correct. It will not level your estrogen. It will not keep you from Gyno with the Test. It just will not create a problem there. You are confusing it with it's original use with cancer.
Get some Arimidex at .25 EOD. Now please for your sake re-think this Pinning ED, I predict you will not make 14 weeks of that. You will also probably not make the others at EOD for those lengths of time due to all combined.
Re-think the time table, I suggest, right off. ...crazy mike

I have about 60 t3 tabs, and okay yeah I figured I wouldnt need it also being off season as well.. I plan on competing in 2014.

Looking joocy brah, specially for your weight.
The mast & tren will cut you up pretty good.
Don't do no 12 or 14 weeks. If you are gonna run it, do a 60 day run. As far as dose, it just depends. Some can handle a high dose, some can not. With tren & mast your aggression can go up rapidly along with your lipid profile blowing off the chart. Along with this your BP can jump fairly rapidly.

He man you are on your way. But you are not under 12% BF. You need to train much more and I think your diet needs work. Listen I'm not trying to bust you ball but I have to be honest. You are holding water and fat tissue. More then I think you know. You are very smooth. You have some good mass under there.
Note your Biceps outweigh your triceps. Your Bi's are big. You need to bring out your lower lats and get you chest sharper at the bottom.
That's all I will and or can say, critiquing your body work. That is constructive so you can work on those parts. If you lean up good you will have to lose a lot of weight. It will be water and fatty tissue but you will get a little smaller.
You are not ready for Winstrol . That's at the end portion of your cycle and not this one.
So Ok good to go with your Arimidex .25mgs EOD and
PCT
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 70/50/50/50

Hey man I appreciate your help, I will keep winny out of my cycle hopefully will use it by next spring/summer. I have a very hard time building my chest. But I will make decline my main focus for now as well as lats which are well needed. My body has alot of work to go through but hey we all start from somewhere!

I think 50mg eod for prop is a bit weak, Ive ran test alot and I think ATLEAST 100mg eod will be better or 75mg ed.. Ive ran high test doses in past as well up to 1000.

Agreed with mike. If your pinning EOD @50mg your only pushing 200mg a week which is not enough. I'm running a prop/npp now and I'm pinning 125mg EOD giving me 500 a week. Some would say that is an avg dose.

Im going to run prop at 600 a week.. 200mg eod instead. With tren at 100mg eod and mast as well.. Maybe 125mg eod
