    Gyno Pron Cycle Planning

Hello everyone im some what educated on anabolic supplements. I did one cycle august 2012 to december 2012. I gained about 40 pounds 160 to about 200 pounds. I started another cycle with test p in june and stopped in july because i started to get gyno on one side. I properly cycled off with a pct and it stopped and went away pretty much. I am taking d aspartic acid right now. I am thinking about just doing a test E or test blend cycle. I am worried about getting gyno again. what should i take while on this cycle that will help control that. i have done a little research but would like some more knowledge.

I am 5'10 180 pounds now I started doing more cardio and eating a little less to trim down. my goals are to maybe put on another good 10 pounds. I am going to lift weights about 3 days a week heavy and do functional/crossfit(alot of olympic lifting) type workouts on the other days.

I was thinking maybe a test with anavar or just test only. any ideas thanks for reading my thread.

this is what i look like now

    Hey Anthony,

Test and var is fine. Or test only. Whatever route you choose, just be sure to use an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex or Aromasin . The best way to prevent gynecomastia is using inhibitors and observing blood work. You should have your estradiol levels checked mid cycle to verify that your inhibitor dose is working. This will allow you to make a more informed decision on whether you need to maintain the dose, increase or decrease.

    Best of luck to you.
