Hello, everyone. I'm no beginner to bodybuilding, but I am new to recieving anabolic help, and have been doing some research as to what type of cycle would be best to start with.
Some background about me: I've been lifting since I was around 14-years-old, started because I was a varsity wrestler in high school. After injuries and procedures, I've been in and out of the gym for the past year or two. I have a back condition that limited my lifting for a bit, but now it's under control. The problem is, I lost my physique, and now I want it back.
In my mind, taking a cycle of a relatively simple anabolic supplement would kickstart the body and regimen I want, to which I'd be able to take over naturally and not have to rely on the needle (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not something I want to have to depend on). As I said, that's how it works in my mind. I really have no idea how using these things works and I'd like some guidance, because jumping head first into something like this without being educated on it can't be very smart.
I'm 5' 10", ~190 lbs., 24-years-old. I've heard that a 10-week cycle of Test-C, 250 mg a week, would be a good start for a beginner. But I've also heard that that is too much, or not enough, and I do like my hormones and don't want to lose them so I don't really know what I would do about PCT. Just asking basic new guy questions, would appreciate any help![]()
