500 or 750 for T E?

So I've planned my first cycle which is 500 T E, H cee G 500iu, Dex, and post cycle therapy of Nolv/Chlom. My source/friend said I should go with at least 750 T E because there is no way of knowing the accurate dose. He's been a user for years and I'm wondering if I should go ahead with 500....or take his recommendation and do 750? Advice? Suggestions? Help?

Well it's labeled 250mg. He said but you never know what you're actually really getting unless it's T you're getting straight from the pharmacy. I'll follow the above advice and stick with 500. Thanks guys.

A little weird I think. Anyway as said 500mgs will get you great gains if your on point.

Hell if that's the way he's thinking how do any of us know WF we're doing. I'm shooting for (no pun) 1,000mgs of Test E. Tell my dealer buddy should I do 2,000mgs and hope I get 1,500mgs or should I do 500mgs and think it's a 1,000mgs...Hello? I see lights, anyone in there.

I've been doing a lot of reading on this site and research and value members opinions and advice here far more than any other source. I just wanted to bring what he said here for evaluation and criticism. My friend was amused that I was spending more money on the h cee g/pct part than the actual cycle. Thank you for all of your advice and input. I will stick to the 500mg/week.
