    2nd cycle

    Alright so I started a thread yesterday trying to get help planning a cycle but didn't get anything. So here goes my brilliant idea.

    Test P Week 1-4, 14-16 100mg EOD
    Test E/C Week 1-14 300mg E3.5D
    Deca Week 1-12 200mg E3.5D
    Arimidex Week 1-14 .25mg EOD (adjust)
    Hcg Week 1-14 250 iu E3.5D

    Week 16-20
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    What ya'll think there? Should I run the entire cycle longer to be able to run the Deca longer than 12 weeks? Maybe not run prop to taper down to PCT? Anything. Thanks in advance.

    2 nd cycle you forgot the kitchen sink.
    What are your stats?
    What did you run 1 st cycle?
    What were your gains?

    You commented on my first post asking for stats yesterday an they're on there now. On there I explained about my situation which is I won't be starting for a long ass time because I'm just about to start PCT for my first cycle. Just trying to get everything straight in my head and not just throw it together at the last minute. Anyways..

    Stats
    6'
    215-220 (not sure what I'll lose from PCT)
    13%

    Ran test c 250mg E3.5D 1-12
    arimidex .25mg EOD 1-12

    Same PCT

    Got great strength gains and quite a bit of weight, around 15 pounds. No bloating that I've noticed so I'm hoping to keep most of the weight.

    If someone could actually help me out with a different "diet plan" that'd be cool. I'm a ectomorph plus I'm active working all day so I don't get fat from eating "too much". That's impossible. For the past few years my diet plan has been beef, fish, turkey(kinda wore chicken out so I don't eat much of it lately),eggs, potatoes, beans,veggies. Yes, that is literally the only foods I eat. My house hasn't seen a bag of chips or a coke in yeeaaarrsss lol. I just figure out different ways to mix it up. Eat till I feel like I'm gonna puke, repeat. Yeah, I know I'll probably get ass raped by ya'll for not having a strict "diet plan" but I just eat everything I can and it has been working for me for a long time so I don't really see the need to change. Graduated high school at 160 shredded as all hell and sitting at 225 now so I guess I must be doing something right lol.
