Not losing fat clen/t3 & diet

so im 5'8 160 was 232 at the begginging of cut. Introduce t3 when i got to 180 started at 25mcg and slowly bumped i am now at 100 mcg and just introduce clen 120 mcg which my body can handle easily. I could go higher but thats really just a waste of clen. My diet is great egg whites/oatmeal/skinless chicken/veggies/natty PB im at 2200 cals which i just dropped from 2400 and i bumped up my cardio from 20 minutes of fast walk to 20 min running. Still the fat is not coming off no matter what I do... theirs no way it could be a metabolism problem cause im using high dose of t3....any ideas?

    Congrats on your weight loss.

T3 is not a magic drug. I think a lot of folks expect too much from these drugs. If your diet is not in check, nothing will help shed fat.

Just post your complete diet in the nutrition section including calories and macronutrients and have them evaluate it for you.

    Good luck.

I never said that you said that. I'm TELLING you that it's not magic drug.

I'm telling you to have your diet evacuated because that's the problem, not the drugs. Diets have to be changed, they don't work forever.

I'd like to see his daily diet also.

Furthermore you should be doing 45mins of cardio btw IMO. At the least each time.

Pick up a heart rate monitor so you can keep eye on heart rate and maintain it for a good 30-45 min. This alone got me back on track, now loosing weekly.

I got the Polar FT7 and love it. Purchased from my local Best Buy and had them price match Amazon.

Are you sure your hitting 2200 everyday? Weighing every single thing you eat and recording it accurately? I'd expect you to lose a lot of fat and some muscle with that low of calories at your weight. Also 20 minutes of cardio a day is a joke c'mon man I know you can push yourself harder, aim for 40-60

Popularity can be a curse, one I don't often worry about lol. Just a speaker question...

Ok will increase cardio to 45 minutes its hard though with a high dose of t3 the lethargy gets to me a lot. I weigh chicken by the ounce, peanut butter by the gram and oatmeal by the gram. Everything that goes into my mouth is measured.

My diet for each day is this. 36 oz chicken total, 26 grams peanut butter , 224 grams oatmeal, 3 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, and 3 servings of broccoli, i use coffee and splenda but most say dont count splenda.

Reading comprehension fail on my part, so you're 160 lbs. the leaner you get the more you have to reduce calories. Try 2000 cals a day with increased cardio and weigh yourself in a week. 2200 is high IMO for 160, I'm cutting on 2500 at 221 lbs. how much more weight are you trying to lose?

Try a different type of cardio such as HIT. Your body adjusts to the same exercise over and over again.

Try it first thing on a morning on an empty stomach too if not already.

Also, make sure you drink lots of water, so that your not holding onto any excess.

Switch clen up for eca stack too if your not getting results

Are you sure your drugs are legit?

BTW, I plugged your diet into my cengage nutrition program and here is what I came up with:
You're actually eating around 2530 cals (unless you're recording something different than what you stated).
Nearly half your cals are from protein, with the other half an even split between fat and carbs.
Replace some of that chicken with some fruits or something, man.

You're consuming only .33g of Omega 3 daily. You should be getting 5-10 X that much.
You're only getting 330 mg of calcium. You need to at least triple that.

I was about to post something very similar to this. If you're no longer losing or gaining fat, you are at your caloric maintenance level for that particular weight/fat%. Yes, you're taking T3 and clen, and that affects everything. If you weren't taking those, more than likely maintenance at this level of weight/fat would be lower.

Any time fat loss stalls you have two primary choices, reduce calories or increase activity. If reducing calories, start with carbs. If increasing activity, increase cardio. Do what's necessary to force your body to rely more on stored body fat.

Very important, the leaner you get, the harder it gets to lose fat and this will always hold true. You cannot continue to lose fat without making changes.

This is EXACTLY why I tell people to hold off on the T3 and Clen. Cut as much as you can with diet alone. THEN amp up the cardio (BTW if you're doing HIIT cardio 20 minutes is the MAX you should be doing it. Sure 30-45 minutes of LISS but that sh!t is boring) After to hit the plateau with diet and cardio THEN add in the cutting chemicals to peel off the last tough bit.

My advise is start cutting back on the foods. Sure you're eating quality foods but you're eating too much. As you lean out your caloric needs diminish. Lower your calorie intake and you can get leaner.

    Hi,

I do not know how you are documenting your diet but since you are weighing everything just put it all in a spreadsheet and add your TDEE. Just re-calculate your TDEE as you go along and adjust the diet accordingly. Calories sound high and I am the same height as you and am currently going on 1900 calories/day.

Also cut the drugs for a while to make sure the diet alone is working or you will have no idea what is and is not working. Only change one single thing at a time.

Anyone telling you to slowpoke it on a Elliptical is entitled to their opinion but personally I much prefer 15-20 minutes of HIIT. Less time and higher burn.

    Just my 2c!

I came across this thread, I know its old, but you all should consider that his Gear is bunk. Come on, 120mcg clen??? I feel freakin shaky with 10mcg, with 20mcg I feel sick, never tried 40mcg for first shot, but I’d easily end in emergency! + 100mcg T3, woaaa I did it one time to mix both compounds, and I was close to go to the doctor, and that was only 25mcg T3 + some 100mcg clen taper off....
If you’re fat, and you do some cutting diet, its almost the magic pill, if you take either clen or t3, you will see changes every time you look in the mirror, even without doing cardio.
Anyways, clen and T3 should be used only for getting beyond natural limits, not for loosing some fat ass.

There's a 1000 threads like this. No need to bump old threads. Not everyone is made equal, some people can;t handle more than 40mcg, others don't feel anything at 80.
