Gyno on test cycle. Got blood work, now what?

Currently running 500mg/wk along with .5mg Arimidex EOD and hcg 500iu/wk. I didn't start taking the arimidex until almost 2 weeks in.

In my 3 week of the cycle I started developing a small lump under my left nipple. I started taking 20mg tamoxifen right away. I upped my arimidex to 1g the day after I inject and .5mg ED until my blood work came back.

I just got my blood work back and it was not what I was expecting:
Estrogen: 80 normal range: 40-115
Prolactin: 6.3 normal range: 3-30

Online I saw that normal levels for males is more around 50 max.

Should I start running letro to get rid of the lump? Would it be better to up my dose of arimidex? Not sure where to go from here.

Curious to see the answer to this one myself. I'm thinking if the levels are down time will remove the lump but that is pure guess, subscribing to see what others day.

Take 80mcg ralexofin a day until lump is gone if u dont have it order some and until it arrives take 40mcg tamox a day

^ milligrams, not micrograms. Tamox should only be 40mg daily for one week, then 20mg after that.

So no need to up the Arimidex? I'm running it at .5mg ED. Any issue to keep it at this dose.

I assume I stay on the tamoxifen until the lumps are all the way gone?

If you're already on cycle, continue with your standard dose of AI. If you're done with cycle, no need for an AI.

Yes, stay on tamox until done.

You must have not had gynecomastia. Please, there is nothing that correlates anavar with gynecomastia development and/or reversal. Please refrain from leaving such comments which may be considered advice.

I did actually. Went to doctors, got sent to specialist got blood tests it was classed as grade 1 gyno. Waa told to go wait 3 months then go back to see specialist to see if it subsided, got worse etc. During that time I did can short var only cycle at 100mg a day and by the end of it gyno was gone.
