    progress pics

    Ive been running tri sust 250 at 500mg a week im on my 5th week heres the routine im using and a few pics of the progress
    Monday- chest/bicep
    Tuesday- legs/abs but sometimes im so finished from legs the abs dont get a look in as you can see from the pics lol.
    Wednesday- rest
    Thursday- shoulders/traps
    Friday- back/triceps
    Saturday- rest
    Sunday - rest

    Yes my abs are shit!

    The first picture is before and the rest at five weeks? How much weight have you gained?

    14lb which is a stone so far...been eating 5-6 meals a day... alot of carbs and protein.

    Yh use o.25 arimidex eod pct nolva clomid. Going to run 10 weeks on this one thanks for the feedback appreciate it highly

    But the more you slouch the bigger your chest looks. ( great work man but you got to fix your posture those pics are funny with all that leaning foward.)

    U just have to work your core more and not just the abs but the entire core. Also if you drop 1-2% they will pop more.
