Ive been running tri sust 250 at 500mg a week im on my 5th week heres the routine im using and a few pics of the progress
Monday- chest/bicep
Tuesday- legs/abs but sometimes im so finished from legs the abs dont get a look in as you can see from the pics lol.
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- shoulders/traps
Friday- back/triceps
Saturday- rest
Sunday - rest
Yes my abs are shit!
