Help with PCT after my next Deca run. thanks

Hey guys just a general question do you wait 4 weeks from your last deca shot to start pct or is only 3 necessary.
(Example Option 1) Deca 500mg a week 1-14
Test 500mg a week 1-15
PCT starts 2 weeks after last test shot.

(or example 2 ) Deca 500mg a week 1-14
Test 500mg a week 1-16
PCT starts 2 weeks after last test shot

I have seen both I know option (2) would be the norm from what I have done and seen but is that just an old school way or is it truly necessary to wait 4 weeks? If I could start PCT a week early that would be ideal as every week I could spend not shut down would be better, which is why I am asking. I understand I could just run the deca for 12 to avoid a long time down but 12 is never enough for a deca run in my opinion thanks guys.

I would just stop deca a week earlier than Test, then wait 2 weeks for PCT.

Ive done your option one for years .....
stop deca 1 week earlier than test, pct start 2 weeks post final test injection (with test e)

Dont be surprized if your PCT doesnt work,Deca takes a very long time to get out of your system especially with the high doses your using.It is very suppressive.


Deca Durabolin is a particularly bad drug for the drug-tested athlete. It makes makes a steroid positive practically inevitable if the athlete is tested, even if the testing occurs several months after discontinuation.

But how long does it take for an athlete with a nandrolone steroid positive to finally test "clean." It took Kolton Houston over three years and "a lot of unsafe things" to make the anti-doping police happy.

I have had better success running the test 2 weeks longer than deca. Just my .02
