    Appetite Suppressant

    Ok so im trying to shed these last few lbs on my cut. and my appetite is uncontrollable now all I do is think about food. ECA dosen't do squat for me and it dosen't help that im on t3/clen. Can anyone recommend me a strong appetite suppressant ive tried everything i could think of and just keep screwing up on diet now.

    Usually clen suppressed my appetite, but i can't handle the stuff. Ephedrine works for suppressing appetite, but i would not use it while on clen.

    I've been running Clen going on two weeks... Not much appetite suppression in my opinion

    Works differently for everyone, but maybe the fact that clen makes me so angry i don't have as much of appetite, from my old wrestling days we drank a lot of water before eating to help fill up. But like Jim said cutting calories going to always feel hungry.

    This is something nobody probably thought of, but ironically will work ten times better from anything listed above (oh which, none of the solutions above would work for me).

    Look into vyvanse, its an adhd medication. Even at my therapeutic dosage (not rec), my ability to go without food is sooooooo much easier. I can go 6+ hours without a meal on vyvanse. However I rarely go past 3 hours in an attempt to try and keep my body in an anabolic environment.

    try mazindol. it really kills your appetite. also is a strong stimulant. cheers

    Adderal is the best thing going for suppressing appetites; makes you smarter too

    Chew gum between meals, drink ice-cold water, eat more greens.
