Sterile abscess anyone?

Any thoughts if i have sterile abscess? Help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm running tren ace and test cyp for 6 weeks and I'm in my 7th. I injected 2ml of tren & cyp a week ago. As I poked the needle down in the deltoid it went smooth as I pulled back a yellowish "pus" oozed out. Went to see doc a day later and told him the exact thing, he put me on antibiotics and told me nothing's wrong. He did inject me to see if there was pus but he didnt cause he didnt push the needle all the way. After a day i got lump on the spot and it looks and feels hard at the base and hurts abit to the touch!
Has anyone came across this before? It's stressful as f**k. Please help.

No easy answers here, watch the areas you are injecting into.

It might not have been true puss either, could b old oil.

If you see a area that is warm to the touch, start feeling feverish - then it's time to hit the MD.

Thought i had a sterile abscess on my left quad, pinned 1.5ml prop into it in a weird angle (im right handed) i always get 'sterile abscess' scares on my left quad, ive stopped pinning there, its just oil brah not a abscess. let it disperse.

Yh you are right, it was the old oil that wasnt absorbed well. I'm back to normal atm.
