Im 40, 12-5st 5'8 and low bf guessing 14%. I did my first cycle of sus250 but gave up after week 10 as think gear was fake.... no spots, no gains ect even tho I had good diet.
I was going to do test cyp 600 pw with 300 equ then drop in winstrol and test prop about week9 (of 12) (obv dropping the cyp and eq).
I wanted away from deca coz every one saying its a dirty sted! So chose this course!

In any case I also agree eq is worthless couldn't even notice the stuff at 600mg/week other than endless hunger.
If you have 20 years worth of training under your belt and your still 12 stone ( 168lbs) you have been doing it all wrong, try the training section and then look at the stickies in the nutrition section and sort your diet out. Steroids wont do anything for you and you will lose all gains after the cycle ends due to your body not being able to support any new tissue. Training correctly and learning how to eat to grow is your areas you need to develop,
I had 4 scrambled eggs on 2 bagels at 530am, 4 weetabix and shake at 9am. I had 138g of tuna with 250g brown rice at midday, same tuna with pasta at around 3pm. I had 2 chicken fillets with veg and potatoes at 530. I trained from 730 til 9pm finshed up with shake and small bowl of cheesy pasta. Also comsumed various nuts and 2 pieces of fruit during day. And about 2l of water. Sups were noz drink and creatine.

Ok your 168 lbs tdee should roughly be 2400
So you need to eat at least 500-1000 over.
Your not eating enough. Listen. Your not eating enough.
You have to eat more. Have you ever been so full you felt bloated and terrible? Wanted to throw up? Yes? When you feel like that ......eat more. It's not fun. It actually sucks. But you have to eat more.
You need to correct that diet. Way more protein for one.

I did a sus/dec cycle in my early 30s only ran for 6 weeks (due to anxiety, marrage shit ect) and saw great gains.... obv didnt keep them. But ive sat at 10-5 stone all my life (ok since about 16) I got up to my weight about 3yrs ago and havent surpassed. This sus cycle ive done has done a thing.... no strength gains, libido gains, spots or anything.....

I am on week 10 but you must agree that the gear sounds duff?? As for blood work, I'm unsure of how to go about it here in uk. And really unsure if its necessary as I'm 100% convinced gear was fake.
I was so hyped up about last cycle and now feel let down as now rid of pin anxiety.... so feel ready to grow!

Firstly I'd like to thankyou for taking your time to advise, I didnt mean to sound like a petulant child but I'm ready mentally and physically to juice. Id like to stack as I know it worked yrs ago and this 'sus'only cycle didnt work.
I get needles frm a chemist I dont think they'll do blood test but I will ask.
The gear I was on was in 1mm amps but out of date (I believe the certain indian/egyptain ceased trading in 2008)

I have to be honest I don't think your gear is bunk. I think your diet and training are bunk. You by your own post are not eating enough. I have a feeling your training my be a little light. Amps are almost never faked. That's my .02

The answer is screaming out loud yet you tend to just skip over it. Your not eating enough you haven't been training correctly and you have no idea how to eat to eat muscle and maintain it. Going on steroids will do zero for you because you wont be able to maintain any new juscle due to your diet not being able to support it, you also wont be able to stimulate muscle growth anyway. 20 yrs of training and your 168lbs and you think steroids is the answer is really laughable. Don't take offence because I am not trying to take the piss I am trying to show you the areas you need to sort out well before steroids are used. I can see I am wasting my time even writing this but the answer is in this post. Best of luck

So you thought u wasted your time but posted anyway.... firstly I train 5x week how is my training wrong??? When I havent listed weights/actions?? How come when I'm an wreck yrs ago... eating like a bird.... do I gain noticable amounts on sus/dec if roids not the answer? I'm 170lbs and can bench 2 and half plates (125kg) which aint too bad for a skinny arse. Dont mean this to sound arsey but the little experience ive had slams your knowledgeable comment! :/
First off I'm the one that made the training comment. Dude there is nothing in this world that will put size on you and keep size on you with out copious amounts of food. Tell you what..the food you listed above triple it and eat it for 2 weeks and tell me you haven't gained size. Work your ass off in the gym during the same two weeks and tell me you aren't stronger. Come on buddy it's simple.
So why have I not made gains on the cycle I'm on? I outlift my partner who is 2st heavier and train bloody hard. I eat better than I have ever.
I see roid heads in gym who eat shit and train weak building up....
